Piling
Flat and mixed fabrics initially develop small pills when they are used, similar to those found on wool sweaters. These are loose particles of the yarn used, often mixed with clothing lint. The so-called “pilling” often occurs after only a short period of use and can be removed with a special lint remover.

With velour or velour-like surfaces, depending on the incidence of light, you often see a certain light-dark effect that is caused by body pressure, body heat and moisture. The higher and softer the pile, the flatter it lies during use.
Color differences
Slight color deviations between the fabric sample and the cover material used cannot be ruled out due to batch-related reasons. Deviations of this kind are within the tolerance range.

The so-called iridescence is an optical effect that gives certain fabric coverings their liveliness. Depending on the viewing angle, incidence of light and the direction of the fabric, different shades can be seen. This effect can also be achieved by running your hand over the fabric against the direction of the microfibers or by allowing the surface of the fabric to bulge during use.
